Trey MacDonald ~ President – As the founder of Complete Commercial Solutions, Trey had a vision to change the face of facility services and has earned respect as such.  He specializes in the implementation of quality work processes and long-term proven partnerships.  Prior to the inception of CCS, he led the growth of a $7.5 million multi-state facility services organization.  He is currently recognized as a strong community and industry leader and remains dedicated to innovative strategies for today’s industry. 

Karla Kelley ~ Vice-President – Prior to joining Complete Commercial Solutions, Karla had over 15 years of experience in the contract service industry, primarily healthcare.  She contributed to four corporate acquisition efforts and consistently achieves budgetary and growth goals.   Her extensive knowledge in all facets of Human Resources including staff development, corporate training, and labor relations ensures that CCS retains the highest quality employees and market advantage.

Steven Stadtmiller ~ Operations Manager – Steven brings to Complete Commercial Solutions a commitment to ethics and excellence in customer service.  His diverse work experience and international travels enable him to understand the client’s needs and provide customized and innovative strategies to ensure facility success.   He is proficient in field operations and most recently, worked with an international outdoor landscape organization.

Maudie Wood ~ Operations Manager – Maudie joined Complete Commercial Solutions with over 13 years of experience in facilities management and site supervision.  She is recognized for her quick response and commitment to excellence.  A proven trainer, she specializes in developing best-practices based on site locations and has proven herself as an invaluable resource to long-term clients and relationships.
